How to play

No website signup. On first login, pick a username and password in the client — that becomes your account.

  1. Download NullLauncher

    Grab the exe above and run it. If Windows SmartScreen warns, choose More info → Run anyway (the launcher is not commercially code-signed).

  2. Run and choose a folder

    Start NullLauncher.exe. Pick where the game should live (default C:\NullTeam\MaplestoryNull is fine). The launcher copies itself into that folder, then installs or updates the game. First install downloads the full client (~18 GB) — leave it open until it finishes.

  3. Play

    Click Play. If you are already on the latest build, it starts immediately. If a patch is out, only changed files download. Use Repair only if files are corrupted.

  4. First login

    Type any new username and password — the server creates the account. Stuck? Ask in Discord.

Antivirus tip: Create the game folder first, add a Windows Security exclusion for it, then install. Download only from this page.
